Debt collector leaving multiple voicemails for family?

Location: Ohio. I’ve had two voicemails now from the same person asking about location information for my husband’s sibling. I know this is a debt collector based on information that my husband’s sibling has shared. From what I read after the first voicemail, I was under the impression that they could not call the same person more than once. First call was 7-16, I didn’t answer, they left a voicemail. Today, 7-23, I got another call from the same person. Is it legal because they haven’t made actual contact? I do not intend to give them location information. I also do not want them to continue to call me or my family.
