My child brothers have access to guns and a vehicle.

Location: Harrison county Ohio I have two half brothers ages 7 and 9. My mom and their dad are divorced. 50/50 custody. Their dad works on weekdays and leaves them unsupervised. They are allowed access to deadly weapons and ammunition. They are also allowed access to a side-by-side and have been in unreported accidents that have caused injury. Their dad did not take them to the hospital. I suspect because he didn’t want it reported. What can me and my mom do to keep them safe? CPS? There are shotguns and handguns, crossbow and spears. And ammunition left around the house when they are home alone.
