A toxic love story - CNC question

Location: California I just finished a Toxic Love Story documentary on Netflix and there is a scene where they discuss a man posting on Craigslist catfishing as a woman asking for a man to enter her home and act out a CNC (consensual non-consent) fantasy with her. Had the man from Craigslist actually come in and do to this woman what she had “asked” him to do, would he have been able to be charged for this? In the post, the poster even went so far as to say “even if I say no, keep going.” With this Craigslist man believing that the post actually came from the woman, could he be convicted of a crime?
