Defamation & Slander??

Location: North Carolina I have an ex from 5 years ago. A month or so ago, he made fake Tinder profiles about me (I was engaged at the time). I can’t 100% prove it, but there was a fake profile that viewed my story in FB that happened to join an Are We Dating The Same Girl Group and posted them in there with lies. So I reported the account and post and they were taken down. I filed a police report for documentation and they told me that as of right now, since it’s anon, there’s nothing they can really do. So recently, a TikTok has came up exposing my ex for his lies - I guess he pissed others off too, but he made a TikTok saying it was me, not by name, but gave the year we were together and everything he accused me of, which is a lie. He said I was sending nudes to my coworkers, I cheated on him with my ex, I slept with him while I was dating my now husband, he went on my Facebook to see if I had moved bc apparently he filed a police report for that tiktok and said it’s me and more things. Can I finally file something and it be enough from this?? Also to add, the pics from the Tinder he took off my FB
