Confused - joint divorce WI

Location: Wisconsin My soon to be ex husband and I chose to do this jointly because we couldn’t afford attorneys. I’m trying to fill out the marital settlement agreement. In our marriage, the only thing we had jointly in both names were our home and one loan. Everything else was in our individual names. Do we have to add all of our individual accounts on the marital settlement agreement? We both agree to keep our separate finances separate. Regardless, do they have to be on there or do I only put them on the financial affidavit? Thank you so much I’m just confused.
