Good evening, I recently moved to Omaha Nebraska our lease started yesterday. I arrived yesterday at 9pm and during the inspection of the house we discovered that there was mouse droppings upstairs and downstairs. We also saw mouse traps in a room downstairs This morning we discovered the whole garage is covered in mouse droppings. There was also a leak downstairs so we came to the house to the sound of fans running. We were not notified of that leak or the infestation. We are just looking to break the lease and start fresh. We are currently staying at an airbnb. We sent an email letting let know we want to terminate the lease because their offices have been closed all weekend. What advice does everyone have?
