Criminal Summons Arizona

I’ve been issued a criminal summons in Arizona Grand Jury Indicted me for 3 serious felonies (20 years old now but charges filed are from when I was 19 and this is my first offense) My question is once I appear at my arraignment how likely am I to be taken into custody ? No warrant has been issued, so will I just be given my release conditions take fingerprints and mugshot and be free to go under Pretrial supervision ? Don’t tell me to hire an attorney, I have 2 attorneys one of which I just hired for these charges specifically but the don’t give me a straight percent they speak in riddles and say “well you have a good argument to stay out of custody” and “if they wanted you in custody they could have just issued a warrant and came to your house” Location: Arizona
