emancipation in New York City

i’m 15 in New York City my dad is in Indiana and can’t afford for me to come out there and my mom is on drugs. I want to emancipate once i turn sixteen (august) but I know I need a job and stuff like that. Is there any legal advice anybody could give me about this what will be the steps that I need to take? What are some things I should look out for things that should be ready for. Also i don’t think my mom will agree so can i get advice for if she does and if she doesn’t Location: New York City
