Stupid question

After a case is closed, the defendant takes the plea deal, and is sentenced. What happens with the prosecutor? (I obviously know they move onto active cases) but theres a no contact order , fully on the defendant, im the protected party. Will the prosecutor pull records at anytime? Or since the case is closed she wont? I understand that when I request to modify for a peaceful contact, that she would pull records, if I dont request to modify, what will happen? He is being released on hold in December, then being transferred to santa clara for another case, he missed court date this year. I read that since it’s unrelated to this, that when he is in transit, or when they get him ready to be transferred, that they won’t check any logs. Location: california
