How to contact ex boss

Location: California I quit my job last month and texted my boss that i would like my detailed time in time out sheets and that she’s legally required to keep record and give them to me upon request in the state of california. She went to the police to say i was harassing her and they told me not to contact her anymore. My question is how should i go about getting those time sheets ? the 21 days passed and i never received them. If i wanted to pay a lawyer just to tell her to give them to me or else it will go further who should i call? the lawyers i have contacted have said its not worth it so im not sure who to go to. I also know for a fact she doesn’t keep the records at all and i want the records for overtime she never paid me
