Car max won’t send release of lien.

Location: Texas I have been trying to get my release of lien for three weeks from Car Max. I tried to renew my registration in Texas, and they have put a hold on it till I can get it. They originally sent it on the 9th of this month, haven’t received it. I called last week to have it fax. 1 to 2 day business days, never received it. I’ve called a few times to get it, and no one has been helpful. I now have a citation from state trooper to get it fix, then was pulled over again the next day for same reason. I don’t know what else to do I just want to renew my registration. Am I missing something, or is there something more that I can do?
