Im desperately looking for help last attempt at finding help

Location: Tennessee, Kentucky Please, anybody. I need help with a lawyer for my fiance in Kentucky. We had a lawyer in Kentucky when we lived in Az, he said he would help us but we wasted 9k on him. We would go to the bar and have his license taken away but you have to be in person. And at the time we were in AZ. (He sent us info regarding a whole other family. SSN numbers, places of work, why they were getting divorced, etc.) The lawyer wouldn't listen to us, everything we talked we had to explain our whole story over and over again. He never remembered my finances name. Every time we went to court it kept getting worse. He would tell us one thing and then we find out it wasn't even correct information and we would be punished for it. Please, he just wants to be able to see his kids from his ex wife. She has a family lawyer and the lawyer and the judge are buddy buddy. In the past the judge muted my fiance because he thought he was just another dead beat dad and wouldn't give him the opportunity to show who he really is. She's beaten him, threatened him and manipulated him at every turn. She's lied in court multiple times and has been able to get away with it because we never had a lawyer actually fight for us. His daughter is starting to self harm because she doesn't get to be with her daddy. Please any advice, any leads, any prayers yall have. We are desperate.
