My girlfriend doesn’t get paid overtime.

We live in location: Missouri, and she works at a local dairy farm, but this farm has a store attached to it where she works. Her primary duty is to give tours, process transactions, stock the store, and other basic duties unrelated to the actual farm work. She works almost 10 hour days, 5 days a week, and doesn’t get paid overtime because there is no federal requirement to give farm workers overtime. I think this is absurd by itself, but the company she works for seems pretty shady and exploitive of their employees. My question is, is this okay? She doesn’t interact with the farm besides showcasing baby cows, all of her chores are inside, in the retail part of the farm.
