Eviction and being kept out of home.

my ex roommate kicked me out of her home 2 days after getting in ti rehab for the part of I can not walk. She called her lawyer (who makes wills) and was advised to tell me she will be starting the eviction and under no circumstances am i allowed back on the property. Second, she is holding my dog over me as well. Please, i need to know where to turn and go, i am scared and at this point i will be on the streets homeless. A L Location: New York, Buffalo area
