How do I kick out a roommate who isn’t on the lease?

Location: Pennsylvania Hey, so long story short we really needed to make rent but couldn’t ourselves so we brought in a roommate . Anyway, I’ve told them they need to leave by the 7th and they just answer with “see you in court”. What can I do?
