i need help!

location: new york (upstate) not sure what flair to put so ignore the flair i need help with my car, i bought a 1999 honda civic off market place for 3500 dollars the listing said that there were no issues and that there were only 126000 miles on the car, when i went to pick it up the guy said the same things, so i bought it. when i went to go get it inspected (only a few days after purchase) they said that the cv joint and the wheel bearing were bad, and i didnt think much about it, the guy mustve not known. but recently i went to get my oil changed and they said that the car had well over 200000 miles! what can i do?!?!?
