Scott T. McArdle is a 1996 graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law and was honored to be selected to serve Justice H. Mark Kennedy of the Supreme Court of Alabama.   Upon entering private practice, Mr. McArdle has practiced exclusively in the areas of Personal Injury to Children and Adults; Wrongful Death; Complex Litigation; Insurance Law; Insurance Bad Faith; Products Liability and Medical Malpractice.  After serving with distinction for the largest plaintiff’s firm in Alabama where he regularly represented over 500 clients, Mr. McArdle focused on his goal to have a personal relationship with each client.   That goal, which he now shares with his law partner, Misha Whitman, lead Mr. McArdle to form McArdle & Whitman, P.C..
