Wade earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1986, where he was named a Hugo L. Black Scholar, received the Order of the Coif and Bench and Bar Honors, and served on the Alabama Law Review from 1984 – 1986. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1983.. Wade is admitted to practice before all the federal and state courts in Alabama, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Steve Heninger graduated from the University of Illinois in 1972 where he was a member of the track team. He served as a lieutenant in the U.S. Army for two years as a prosecutor before enrolling in law school at the completion of his tour of duty. Steve graduated from the Cumberland School of Law (summa cum laude) in 1977. He then served as a law clerk to the Honorable James Hancock in the Northern District of Alabama before beginning his practice as a trial attorney.
