Mallory Storey Ulmer is a native of Auburn, Alabama. She holds degrees from Auburn University and Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. Prior to joining Walton Law Firm in 2015, Mallory gained tremendous experience in whistleblower, fraud, and employment litigation while working at the Beasley Allen law firm, with some of those cases gaining national attention on merit. In 2018, Mallory was invited to join the American Association of Justice’s Interstate Trucking Litigation Group after her hard work on a case involving a snowy crash between three tractor trailers in Kentucky, wherein she successfully pushed back against new federal rules restricting a plaintiff’s right to discovery in litigation.. Mallory is an advocate of the Alabama Head Injury Foundation, which provides resources for members of our communities who have been affected by traumatic brain injuries. She is passionate about representing people who have been seriously injured and families of those killed as a result of the negligence of others.. Mallory and her husband, Dr. Matthew J.
