He graduated first in his class (summa cum laude) at the Arizona State University College of Law, where he also served as editor-in-chief of the ASU Law Journal. After being admitted to practice law in 1987, Danny served as a judicial law clerk for Chief Justice Frank X. Gordon. Following his clerkship he became an associate at Lewis and Roca, a large Phoenix law firm, and then served as Associate Counsel to the Majority in the Arizona State Senate.. Since 1992, Danny has exclusively limited his practice to representing consumers and victims in cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, elder abuse, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, product liability and other serious personal injury cases..
