I purchased a vehicle last year and someone run a stop sign and now the vehicle is totaled. When getting reimbursed through my gap coverage, the insurance company made me aware that there’s an extended warranty contract on the vehicle and that they cannot cover that cost. I’d have to reach out to the dealership for reimbursement on that part. It then took me a week to finally talk to someone in the finance department after numerous calls to the dealership. I was sent a document to sign by the dealer and on that document I noticed the signature wasn’t mine. I was charged $2k+ for this extended warranty by the way. I need some legal advice and any help finding a lawyer that can help me navigate this journey. This dealership is in Illinois and I now reside in Arizona. Location: Arizona
