During his third year of law school Eric was hired as Tax Manager for a major mining company, beginning his string of significant victories against the IRS and Arizona Department of Revenue. One project he and his team worked on resulted in a refund so large it had to be approved by the Congressional Joint Committee on Taxation.. In 2005, Eric struck out on his own to focus on Tax Problem Resolution. He has helped countless individuals and small business with their tax issues. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Attorney at Law. He is also a member of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, National Society of Tax Professionals, National Society of Accountants, Tucson Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and is admitted to practice before all Arizona courts and the United States Tax Court.
