Doug Gramling grew up in Northwest Arkansas. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Economics at Culver Stockton College, a small private school near Hannibal, Missouri, then returned to Northwest Arkansas to obtain his Juris Doctor at the University of Arkansas Law School.
