For 16 years Mr. Deacon has focused his practice on the defense of Transportation cases. He regularly represents motor carriers and rail carriers in all state and federal courts in Arkansas. He has been lead counsel on catastrophic injury cases ranging from wrongful death to disputes over property. He is experiended in handling grade crossing accidents as well as FELA cases. He also has experience in defending premises liability and dram shop cases.
