My long-time dream of practicing law with my son, Asa III, came true in 2008 when we founded The Asa Hutchinson Law Group. After a long career in the law and public service, I am home in Northwest Arkansas to serve clients from across the world out of the World Trade Center in Rogers, Arkansas. I continue to use my experience as a former federal prosecutor, defense lawyer and litigator to specialize in white collar defense, complex litigation, export controls, corporate international relations and corporate investigations and compliance.. While I specialize in the legal arena, I also continue to provide national leadership and guidance in the homeland security field through the Little Rock based consultancy of Hutchinson Group LLC. Hutchinson Group is built around extensive experience in homeland security, technology, international business, and government regulatory requirements at the federal and state level. In addition, I am one of the founders of Fortress International Group, Inc., a public company which specializes in engineering services for mission critical facilities.
