In 1990, Ms. Benedetto graduated from U.C. Berkeley witha Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Afterworking for six years as a successful business executive, Ms. Benedetto continuedher education at the University of San Diego School of Law, where she graduatedin the top of her class in 2000. Duringlaw school Ms. Benedetto clerked with the San Diego District Attorney’s Officeand the U.S. Attorney General’s Office, and also had the honor of publishing ascholarly legal journal article. Upongraduation, Ms. Benedetto elected to start her own estate planning law firm, drawingfrom her experience in business, finance, psychology and the law..
