Mr. Moore is licensed to practice law in the state of California, and is admitted to practice in all United States District Courts located in California, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.. Mr. Moore is a 1981 graduate of both the UCLA School of Law and the UCLA Graduate School of Management and a 1977 graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.. Mr. Moore is a past-President of the National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA formerly NARCA). Prior to that he served five two-year terms as a Board Member. From 2012-2014, he was the Pillar Chair of the NARCA Educational Pillar, which includes the  NARCA  Educational Conference Advisory Committee, the Seminars and Workshops Committee and the Defense Bar.
