Mr. Moore is a 1981 graduate of both the UCLA School of Law and the UCLA Graduate School of Management and a 1977 graduate of the University of California, Berkeley.. Mr. Moore is a past-President of the National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA formerly NARCA). Prior to that he served five two-year terms as a Board Member.
