FRANK X. RUGGIER received his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 1998 and his B.A. from the University of California at Irvine, graduating cum laude. Prior to rejoining Price Law Group as a managing attorney in 2008, Frank was an associate at a prominent bankruptcy boutique firm in Century City where Frank gained extensive experience in bankruptcy and litigation while representing Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees. Frank is an Orange County transplant originally born in New Jersey. In his spare time, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, and playing and watching all sports and participating in fantasy football and baseball.
