My legal practice focuses on providing high quality, personalized criminal defense representation to each of my clients. In each case, I rely on my 14 years of experience as a criminal defense lawyer, trial attorney and a civil rights attorney as I look for every opportunity to undermine the prosecutor's theory both legally and factually. As a supplement to my legal experience, I also draw on the skills I developed as a public school teacher before law school and as a father of two after.  The philosophy underlying my approach to every case is to persude and achieve my client's goal by  "educating" the judge, the prosecutor and/or the jury in a way such that they open up to understanding the case from my perspective.
