David Isenberg is of counsel in the Global Corporate Department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Mr. Isenberg is also a regular contributor to The Journal of Corporate Renewal. Mr. Isenberg is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Commercial Bankruptcy Committee of the American Bar Association.Mr. Isenberg received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA with honors in 1983 and his J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 1986, where he was Recent Updates Editor on the UCLA Pacific Basin Law Journal.
