Mr. Liu has given presentations to national audiences about special education law in the foster care system, presentations to parent groups on how to advocate for their children during IEP’s, trainings to attorneys regarding special education law, and regional center consumers on the IEP process. Mr. Liu is currently an adjunct professor at Whittier Law School teaching Special Education Law. He is also the supervising attorney in Whittier Law School’s Special Education Clinic.
