The majority of my practice is focused on juvenile law. I am very dedicated and compassionate about representing parent's rights in juvenile court. I am also a parent. When the system accuses a parent of abuse, it is an extremely serious accusation. Such an accusation must be handled with earnest, intelligence, and good advice. I have devoted a majority of my entire career on this area of law. Recently, I had a case reversed in the First District Court of Appeal by a unanimous decision.  I wrote the appeal and presented oral argument to the court.  The court was convinced.  I believe in hard work and good client contact.

Jesse S. Gill is an Associate Attorney with the Law Offices of Johnson and Johnson. Jesse started clerking with at Johnson and Johnson fresh out of Law School and has been with the office since September of 2011. The primary focus of Jesse’s current practice is Juvenile Dependency, Family Law & Criminal Defense & Appeals. Jesse has received training on various issues related to Family Law & Child Custody through the Contra Costa County Bar Association.. Jesse has successfully received multiple reversals on appeal in criminal cases stemming from Contra Costa, Santa Clara, and Sonoma Counties based on violations of individuals’ constitutional rights.
