Evan T. Pickering received his Juris Doctor in 2010 from the University of Michigan Law School, where he graduated cum laude and served as a contributing editor on the Michigan Law Review. Mr. Pickering received his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University in 2003.. Mr. Pickering’s practice encompasses a range of corporate matters, including venture capital, entity formation, debt, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.
