Mr. Tisdale’s international experience includes his representation of the Government of Pakistan, in its efforts to repatriate billions of dollars from former government officials. He also arranged the reorganization of the company responsible for the distribution of U.S. foreign aid for micro-economic development on the continent of Africa. Mr. Tisdale has also been a real estate developer in Vail and Beaver Creek, Colorado. Mr. Tisdale was Mayor Pro Tem and City Councilman for Cherry Hills Village, Colorado. He was on the Board of Trustees of the Vail Valley Medical Center for 15 years. He was the Chairman of the Board of Eagle Health Care Center, Inc., in Eagle, Colorado. He was Chairman of the Colorado Neurological Institute. He was married to the late Patricia C. Tisdale, Esq. for 31 years before her untimely passing. They had four children. He is active in church activities. Mr. Tisdale is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations. He has served as a charity auctioneer for numerous charities in California and Colorado for 20 years.
