Formerly a DuPont scientist, I am now a patent lawyer with a Martindale-Hubbell, AV Preeminent® peer review rating. My career is focused on patent procurement and resolving patent disputes, mostly patent litigation. I began my legal career in New York City at a preeminent IP firm with a great track record of serving some of the most illustrious American inventors, including Thomas Edison, Alexander Graham Bell, Edwin Land, and the Wright brothers. I am an associate editor and co-author of two textbooks published by the American Bar Assocation (ABA) on the special procedures of pharmaceutical patent litigation ("ANDA Litigation").. I also assist innovative companies in protecting their inventions by obtaining patents in the first instance, through my certification as a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent & Trademark Office.  I've helped clients obtain patents in technologies ranging from chemical innovations to improve light reflection to advanced integrations in multi-channel software platforms.
