I’m David Tarras, Partner at the Rossen Law Firm. I have spent my entire legal career as a criminal defense attorney, fighting tirelessly for the criminally accused in both State and Federal Court in Florida. Both my parents are doctors - my father a Neurologist and my mother a Pediatric Oncologist.
