My practice in family law includes cases involving dissolution of marriage, paternity (cases involving a child born to unmarried parents), child support establishment and modification, as well as child custody arrangements. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor's degree in Legal Studies. While there, I was a member of the trial team, as well as a member of the Golden Key Honor Society.. I received my Juris Doctorate degree from Dwayne O. Andreas, Barry University School of Law. While there I was a teacher's assistant, as well as a research assistant for two professors. I volunteered my time at Seminole County Legal Aid Society, where I helped low-income and domestic violence clients apply for legal aid services. I graduated magna cum laude in the top five percent of my class, and was inducted into the National Order of Scribes, an award for outstanding legal writing.. I seek to distinguish my practice by ensuring prompt and personal communication with my clients. I endeavor to not only advocate and guide my clients, but to educate as well, so that my client not only feels informed about the route we take in their case, but confident that it is the route they want. At my firm, we understand that a family law case involves high stakes and even higher emotions. We take great pride in offering compassionate legal services. Litigation can feel overwhelming, we help to mitigate that burden.. On a personal level, I am a mother to a little boy, as well as two cats and a Great Dane. Needless to say, I am used to a little chaos. I enjoy going to the beach with my family and spending time with friends.

Our mission is to make quality legal representation affordable for everyone. To do this, our office leverages technology and collaboration to maximize efficiency. We quote low up-front fee advances, competitive rates, affordable retainer fees, and offer flexible payment arrangements. In this way, we expand access to legal representation to those who may not otherwise be able to afford hiring an aggressive, skilled attorney to handle their legal matters.. The practice of law should be a partnership between the attorney and the client, where the client and his or her objectives are the central focus of the representation. We commit to following these guiding principles: Clients will have a direct, personal relationship with their attorney; clients' phone calls will be answered or returned promptly; clients will be fully informed about the status of their case; clients will have input into every major tactical or strategic decision in their case; the cost of the case will be minimized consistent with requirements; and clients will be treated with the respect and dignity that they deserve.. By following these principles and making each client the focal point of the representation, we do everything possible to deliver quality, client-centric legal representation to those who place their trust in our office as their legal services provider.

When Attorney Alec Weber was growing up his mother always thought he would either be an actor or a lawyer. He chose the latter following in the footsteps of his Grandfather. Alec moved to Orlando Florida, from Port Saint Lucie to attend the University of Central Florida. After obtaining an undergraduate degree in Legal Studies, Attorney Weber went on to attend the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. While in law school Attorney Weber held various positions within the private and public sectors of Law. First as an intern for the State Attorney’s Office of the Ninth Judicial Circuit where Attorney Weber gained valuable experience and insight on how the State Attorney’s Office prosecutes criminal defendants. Also, while in law school, Attorney Weber interned with the Orange County Attorney’s Office, primarily working on zoning, constitutional, and eminent domain issues. During his third year in law school, Attorney Weber was approved by the Florida Supreme Court as a Certified Legal Intern, meaning he was able to appear in court and represent clients as a law student.. While a Certified Legal Intern, Attorney Weber interned for the Office of the Public Defender, Ninth Judicial Circuit. During his time with the Public Defender’s Office Attorney Weber obtained two “not guilty” verdicts in jury trials before even graduating law school; an experience he considers an invaluable one for any law student. Through mutual friendships Attorney Weber came to know Attorney Maxwell, soon after Attorney Weber was invited by Attorney Maxwell to intern in his practice. In 2010 Alec Weber graduated from law school and passed the Florida State Bar. Subsequently he was then invited by Attorney Maxwell to join him as an associate. Since then Attorney Weber has serviced clients in the areas of: Auto Accidents, Family Law, Divorce, Domestic Violence Injunctions, Violation of Probation, Criminal Defense, Business and Contract matters, and Landlord/Tenant issues. His assistance was invaluable on a recent auto accident case where, Mr. Maxwell’s client was awarded over $27.5 million dollars in damages.
