I have been practicing exclusively in the area of Family Law and Domestic Relations for my entire career.  After graduating from the University of Denver law school, I accepted a fellowship position with the Eighteenth Judicial District in Colorado working exclusively in Family Law and Domestic Relations with the Honorable Judge Angela R. Arkin. The fellowship experience allowed me to see the judges’ perspective and how judges dealt with and analyzed issues. Working closely with judges taught me that good advocacy, preparation, and aggressive representation is very important to reach resolutions in or out of the courtroom.. I believe strongly that family law attorneys must do everything they can to minimize the emotional turmoil that divorcing families go through.
