In 2006 he received his law degree with honors from the University of Florida, with a concentration in International law. Carlos has been practicing immigration law for over 8 years.. Carlos is licensed to practice law by the Florida Supreme Court and the Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and serves in the Executive Board of the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association..
