Jim Jenkins earned his BBA in Marketing in 2003 from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He was sworn in to practice law in the State of Georgia in November of 2009, after receiving his Juris Doctorate from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.  From August of 2009 until August of 2010, Mr. Jenkins was the law clerk/staff attorney for the Superior Courts of the Northern Judicial Circuit, primarily working with Chief Judge John H. Bailey, Jr..
