In this capacity, she helped secure multi-million dollar settlements in numerous collective and class action lawsuits in federal courts across the nation. Before practicing employment law, Rachel was an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx, New York where she prosecuted misdemeanors and violent felonies. As a prosecutor, Rachel conducted hearings and trials, presented cases to Grand Jury panels for indictment, and negotiated pleas..
