Wendy M. Musielak attended DePaul University in Chicago, IL where she graduated with highest honors with a B.S. in Finance and Management.  She earned her Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in 2003. Wendy is admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court Northern District of Illinois.  In 2015, Wendy was admitted to the United States Supreme Court.. Wendy concentrates her legal practice in family law matters including child custody and visitation, child support, alimony and spousal support, collaborative law, mediation, prenuptial agreements, litigation and appeals and complex litigation. He also interned with the judges of the Juvenile Court of Denver, Colorado and the family law division of the Circuit Court of Will County, Illinois.. As a judicial intern with the family law division of Will County, Mr. McSurley aided judges and worked closely with Judge Dinah L. Archambeault throughout all stages of divorce and custody proceedings.
