She has experience in many different areas of law, particularly in Immigration matters, formation of Non-Profit Organizations and small businesses, Guardianships and some Family Matters. During law school, she worked with the Inter-American Center for Human Rights, preparing country reports for use by experts in the defense of immigrants. In addition to working in private practice, she volunteers her services as a pro bono attorney for three non-profit organizations in the Chicago area.
