Blake A. Bittel was born in WaKeeney, Kansas in 1971 and was raised in Ellis, Kansas. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from Fort Hays State University in 1994. He received a Juris Doctor in 1997 from Oklahoma City University School of Law and practiced in Oklahoma for several years after graduating.
