Since the age of 12 I knew that I wanted to practice personal injury law and help those who have been injured by others. Much of my practice is devoted to representing individuals who have been hurt or injured through no fault of their own by reckless drivers, negligent companies, substandard medical practices, and careless landowners.. I understand well what it is like to work in construction and other dangerous occupations, having been a construction worker myself during my college years. In the past four decades I have been privileged to represent many clients and their families injured as the result of companies putting profits ahead of worker safety.. The trust that client’s place in me and this firm is gratifying. I am proud to have been able to make a significant difference in the lives of many clients when help was most needed.. If I can be of service to you, please call me at your convenience.

After 4 years with that firm, he started his own practice and has quadrupled the size of it in 5 years.. Spencer is now using his skills and knowledge to fight for client’s rights and interests in the courtroom, in personal injury matters. I strive to efficiently provide compensation. Our team puts your financial needs first. We are not afraid to file a lawsuit if your insurance company won’t give you a fair settlement.

I am the founder of The Schafer Law Office. I have been licensed in the state of Kentucky since 1986, graduating from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. I have over 25 years of practical yet innovative experience dealing with personal injury cases. Unlike many attorneys who use paralegals to manage cases, write briefs, motions and meet with clients, I make it my personal goal to be personally involved in all of those things. I give a great deal of personal attention to each and every case. In my free time, I enjoy skiing, making as many trips to Big Sky and Snow Bird as I can in a year, as well as rooting for the University of Louisville Cardinals at sporting events.
