Ms. Numa graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice in December  2000.  In May 2004, Ms. Numa graduated from Southern University School of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree.  During her time at Southern University School of Law, Ms. Numa participated in the Civil Law Clinic where she represented indigent clients in civil and child support matters.  Ms. Numa also clerked for one of the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustees in the Middle District while in law school.. Joy Allement Reily, a native of Baton Rouge, received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 2000.
