He has served Capital Area Legal Services Corporation since 2007 representing indigent clients with legal counsel in the areas of Family law and Estate Planning. Attorney Washington is a June 2009 graduate of the National Criminal Defense College’s Trial Practice Institute, a 2010 graduate of the National Criminal Defense College’s Theories and Themes program, and a 2011 graduate of the National Institute for Trail Advocacy Trial Skills program.
