As of 2016 I am limiting my practice to condominium and homeowner association law, representing associations, developers and individual owners. I provide my clients with high level legal expertise coupled with broad practical experience. I am a member of several condominium related forums and and annually attend national seminars on condominium and homeowner topics. Each year I lecture on condominium related topics at the Maine Condominium Forum sponsored by the Community Associations Institute. I have served as chair and member of many local organizations, including planning and land use boards in two towns and local and state government boards. I have lived in a condominium community and served as the president of a condominium association. In 2014 I was selected a Fellow of the College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL), the only attorney in Maine to be so honored.
