Jeremy Rachlin practices in all areas of civil and commercial litigation, including contract, employment, estate, fiduciary, and real estate litigation, representing both individuals and businesses in the courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia. Jeremy is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland, the Montgomery County, Maryland Chapter of American Inn of Court, and he presently serves on the New Practitioner's Committee, the Labor and Employment Committee, the Estates and Trusts Committee, and the Circuit-Court Bench Bar Committee of the Montgomery County Bar Association. Within these Bar Association groups, Jeremy has ascended to numerous leadership positions and was recognized by the Montgomery County Bar Foundation as a "Bar Leader" in 2012. He was recently elected Treasurer of the Montgomery County Bar Association. He was named a "Rising Star" by Maryland Super Lawyers Magazine in 2012 and 2013 and a "Rising Star" by District of Columbia Super Lawyers Magazine in 2013.
